Ms. Peterson is a sole proprietor operating as a general practice attorney emphasizing in the representation of clients whose cases are proceeding in Cattaraugus, Allegany and Chautauqua and surrounding counties in New York.
Wendy was born and raised in the southerntier of New York and is proud to be raising her family here, as well. A graduate of Randolph Central School, she went on to conduct her undergraduate studies at SUNY Geneseo. Wendy earned credit in her criminal justice and legal studies fields for an internship at the Civilian Complaint Review Board in Washington, D.C. where she served as an investigator for a board charged with hearing and determining civial complaints of police misconduct. After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree, Wendy went on to pursue her law degree by attending the University of South Dakota School of Law in Vermillion, SD.
By the time Wendy had begun law school she had started a family of her own and worked to study and support her family while she earned the Juris Doctorate and studied for the New York bar exam, including the internship she was hired for in the State's Attorney's office where her primary function was to prosecute misdemeanor cases.
Wendy was admitted to practice in the State of New York in February of 1998 and has been practicing in the southerntier counties since that time. She has served about 4 1/2 years as an assistant district attorney in Cattaraugus County and about 4 years as the First Assistant Public Defender also in Cattaraugus County. Wendy has been in private practice since early in 2007 representing clients in a variety of areas.

Mrs. Lowe has been a paralegal/legal assistant in the Olean, New York community for over 25 years. Jeanne is a graduate of Olean Business Institute and is proud to assist current students whenever she is called on to speak to classes or mentor students.
Jeanne's primary responsibilities with Peterson Law lie in assisting Attorney Peterson with ensuring that her clients receive efficient representation. Jeanne keeps the office running, answering inquiries and gathering information for Attorney Peterson while she is out of the office whether meeting with clients or appearing in court. Jeanne is a strong voice for the clients of Peterson Law in the legal community and in the office. She addresses scheduling issues and facilitates communication between the clients and the attorney and any other agencies or courts involved.
Jeanne is a respected member of the community who revels in many of the sporting activities available. She loves to root for the Bonnies during basketball season, so long as her attendance doesn't interfer with her bowling leagues or horseshoe pitching.
